Job mission:
Execute and manage the daily HR operation of your hotel according to the competencies of your position and following the company’s policies, processes and tools in the area of people management, and always with a focus on ensuring a good experience for employees and candidates during the different phases of the employee cycle.
What will I have to do?
What are we looking for?
Education and training: Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law or similar, with a specialization in HR.
Skills: Knowledge of hotel operations. Knowledge of both soft and hard HR areas (recruitment and selection, development and training, labor relations, work environment, employer and personal branding). Knowledge of SuccessFactors, MyPlace, or SAP is a plus. Knowledge of job platforms (LinkedIn, Infojobs, or those applicable to each country) is a plus. Experience with works councils. Strategic vision focused on the area. Team management and leadership skills. Project implementation skills.
Experience in other companies (in case of external selection): Minimum 2 years in similar positions.
