Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences? As a Waiter/Waitress at our luxury resort, you’ll be the face of hospitality—ensuring every meal is memorable. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have excellent communication skills, and love exceeding guest expectations, we’d love to meet you!

What are your responsibilities are…

• You greet and serve guests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
• You take accurate orders and provide recommendations on dishes, wines, and special menus.
• You serve food and beverages according to resort standards of quality and presentation.
• You coordinate with kitchen and other departments to guarantee smooth service.
• You maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas.
• You handle special requests and resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
• You promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• You stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions to assist guests proactively.

• You bring previous experience in hospitality or fine dining along the way.
