Acerca del rol:
Es responsable de mantener las áreas del spa en condiciones óptimas de limpieza, orden y armonía, para así poder garantizar una experiencia de lujo para los huéspedes. Este rol es clave para apoyar la operación diaria del spa, anticiparse a las necesidades de los clientes y colaborar con el equipo de terapeutas y recepción, todo bajo los estándares de hospitalidad de lujo.
Funciones:
• Preparar y mantener el aseo y orden en spa, lockers, gimnasio y salas de relajación y espera.
• Gestionar todas las interacciones con los huéspedes con el más alto nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalismo, atendiendo solicitudes especiales siempre que sea posible; resolver quejas de clientes; asistir a los huéspedes en todas las consultas relacionadas con los servicios del spa.
• Asistir a los huéspedes en sus citas relacionadas con los servicios del spa.
• Realizar recorridos por el spa y el centro de fitness a los huéspedes.
• Operar de forma correcta y segura todos los equipos del SPA, incluyendo jacuzzi, sauna, equipos del gimnasio como pesas, pesas libres, bicicletas, caminadoras, elípticas y otros equipos. Asistir a los huéspedes en el uso y la configuración de las máquinas y equipos de fitness.
• Presentar a los huéspedes los profesionales de los servicios del spa (masajistas, instructor, subgerente etc.).
• Recoger y doblar toallas.
• Recoger, entregar y almacenar/organizar productos provenientes de compras.
