About the location:

工作职责：
1.协助厨房运营工作，确保符合集团餐饮指南、酒店餐饮标准及财务目标，助力门店整体运营成功；
2.协助编制及更新各部门运营手册；
3.通过技能多元化培养、多任务协同及灵活排班提升员工工作效率，以达成企业财务目标及宾客期望；
4.聚焦生产力提升，在合规范围内审慎管理水电能耗及人力成本，确保资源优化配置及所有设备能源高效利用；
5.积极接纳新技术与新设备，提升生产效率并简化工作流程；
6.持续探索创新菜品及工作方法，协助门店管理层实现营收及利润最大化；
7.参与菜单规划及剩余食材/边角料的合理利用，综合考量预计客容量、市场行情、菜品受欢迎程度及菜单轮换频率等因素；
8.监督食材制备、烹饪方式、菜品分量及摆盘装饰，确保严格遵循既定标准；
9.菜品装盘及上桌前，对成品进行试味与质量检验；
10.预估食材消耗量，协调食材及厨房用品的采购或申领工作；
11.制定并执行门店厨房的营养及卫生标准；
12.审核菜单、分析菜品配方，核算食材、人力及管理成本，并为菜单菜品拟定或建议定价。
工作要求：
1.至少2年国际品牌酒店的同岗位工作经验。
2.能吃苦耐劳，为人正直，有责任心。
3.良好的沟通能力。
4.具备团队精神。
