As a Station Cook, you’re not just preparing great tasting cold food items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s What You’ll Do During A Typical Day: 

  • Prepare dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards, ensuring each plate meets our expectations for presentation and taste
  • Maintain clean and organized food preparation areas and equipment, ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude when handling food and collaborate with service staff to ensure banquets run efficiently and on schedule
  • Familiarize yourself with the menus and ingredients to confidently create outstanding dishes
  • Setting up, stocking, and maintaining assigned food stations with required supplies throughout service periods
  • Conducting visual inspections of all dishes before they leave the kitchen to guarantee that quality and presentation standards are met
  • Follow the proper food handling and storage procedures, and follow all federal, state, local, and company rules
  • Support kitchen operations by preparing supplies and food requests as needed
