The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is looking for a Banquet Cook who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
We are looking for an energetic, experienced cooking professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and has a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player and willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. PM availability required.
The Banquet Cook is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to preparing specialized innovative cuisine per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. The ideal candidate works together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product. The ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors is required. Responsibilities include creating an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best and advance.
