As a Banquet Server you will have the perfect opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests providing warm, engaging service and a deep knowledge of our menu offerings. You will ensure that every moment becomes a memory for our guests. Reporting to the Director, Event Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up rooms & function areas in the hotel
• Explain the banquet menu to guests
• Assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages
• Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
• Set up, service and tear down of bars
• Providing engaging and luxury service to our guests
• Responsible to ensure all our guests leave with a positive dining experience
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment and ensures that all Health & Safety standards are met, procedures followed and has the knowledge and tools to work safely
