Who we are looking for…

You’re not just a true mixology talent – you’re the one calling the shots behind the bar. You can shake up the classics in your sleep, and your signature creations show real finesse and a sharp eye for trends. You know exactly how to wow guests – with charm, confidence, and genuine hospitality. At the same time, you’ve got your team, service flow, and stock levels firmly under control. Your bar? Your stage. There’s an entertainer in you that was meant for more – and lucky for all of us, this is the spotlight you deserve.

What your responsibilities are…

• You manage all operational aspects of the westhub bar & lounge and our roof top terrace Cloud 6
• You have an eye on bar trends, enjoy your field and bring your creative ideas to the table and inspire our guests with them every day
• You never lose the overview, even when there is a lot going on, and you manage to guide and lead your team of employees and trainees accordingly.
• You successfully implement creative and innovative bar concepts – always keeping an eye on the hotel’s overall goals, brand standards and revenue targets.
• You know how to draw the right conclusions with the key figures and always have an eye on the costs in order to bring productivity and efficiency in line with each other.
• You lead the bar team professionally, train and develop them further
• You are involved in the recruiting of your team members and provide them with a professional induction and a motivating working atmosphere.
• You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team
• You are no stranger to social media and you regularly provide content for our marketing team

What we want from you….

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with team leadership, international experience is an advantage
• You are characterized by a modern management style and already have experience in leading and motivating employees
• You are hands-on and implement new trends with great creativity
