As Barback, you will support the bar team in delivering seamless and exceptional service, playing an essential role behind the scenes to ensure all areas are fully stocked, clean and prepared for service. You will work closely with bartenders and supervisors, taking a hands‑on approach to maintain an organised and efficient bar environment while contributing to a smooth, enjoyable and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the bar team with daily operations, ensuring all service areas are fully prepared and stocked
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and securing work areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, back‑of‑house areas and equipment at all times
  • Restock ice, glassware, garnishes and other essential supplies during service
  • Clear used glassware and maintain tidy bar tops and service areas
  • Ensure all tools, equipment and workspaces are in excellent condition and ready for service
  • Assist with transporting and organising deliveries and bar supplies
  • Check with supervisors before the end of shift to ensure all duties are completed
  • Anticipate the needs of the bar team, proactively supporting service flow
  • Follow all health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Support a positive and collaborative working environment
