Nestled within the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, you will find Mantra Hindmarsh Square. The property offers a range of self-contained apartment-style hotel suites, as well as one and two bedroom suites. As a Barista / Restaurant All Rounder, you will have the wonderful opportunity to warmly welcome our guests and accompany them on a delightful journey through our culinary offerings. • Skilfully prepare a wide spectrum of beverages, spanning from coffee classics to an array of hot and cold drink offerings

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
