Barman

We are looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver personalized service, and create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring an exceptional bar experience.
• Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and replenishment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless guest service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or upscale bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
