Ideal Candidates:
• Bar Supervisors:
• Proven experience in a bar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Bartenders:
• Previous bartending experience in upscale establishments.
• Knowledge of mixology and ability to create innovative cocktails.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
