About the Role

As a Casual Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while preparing and serving a wide range of beverages. You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Process orders and payments accurately through POS systems.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
• Support restaurant, events, and functions operations as required.
• Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold:

• New Zealand Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
• Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
