Job Overview:

• You’re a stickler for great service.

• You ensure guests receive the finest cocktails.

• You uphold the MAMA standards of service at all times.

• You stay current with MAMA Shelter Cocktail Program offerings through tastings and participate in trainings.

• You are genuine in your interactions with guests.

• Prepare garnishes, stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.

• Ensure guests complaints are promptly addressed by management.

• Maintain workspaces are kept impeccably clean and tidy at all times.

• Have a clear knowledge on all inventory products.

• Follows proper cash and payment procedures.

• Maintain safe work habits and work environments

• You abide by all Alcohol Beverage Control safety standards.

• Other duties as assigned.
