The Opportunity:

Bell Attendant

 

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our guest services team in the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with their arrival and departure experience
  • Prepare necessary deliveries to and pick-ups from guest rooms
  • Transport guests and hotel packages, faxes, envelopes, and parcels
  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
  • Retain exceptional knowledge of hotel services and amenities offered
