About the role:

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Bell/Garage Attendant provides a memorable arrival experience and bids a fond farewell to our departing guests. Key to your success is delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring standards execution and in doing so will create memories that will last a lifetime!

What you will do:

• Create the first and last impressions for our guests arriving and departing the hotel
• Greet and farewell all hotel guests on the front doors
• Safely park and retrieve cars from our underground garage
• Deliver luggage to our guest rooms in a timely manner
• Assist with day to day enquiries from guests pertaining to local area attractions

What you will bring:

• A “gift of the gab” and great guest engagement skills
• Flexibility to be able to work on a rotating roster on a casual basis
• A passion to provide a memorable guest experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to lift heavy loads of up to 30kg
• Must have a drivers license that allows you to drive in NSW and possess confidence in driving all types of vehicles
