Job Description
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and storage.
Welcome guests with a warm, courteous attitude while promptly offering help with unloading and safely storing their luggage.
- Provide prompt valet parking services, ensuring vehicle safety and accurate documentation.
Responsibly drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles, maintaining proper records and ensuring their security throughout the stay.
- Escort guests to rooms, explain hotel amenities, and answer basic inquiries.
Accompany guests to their rooms, assist with luggage placement, and offer a brief orientation on hotel services and in-room features.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and bell desk areas.
Keep public guest areas tidy and organized, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment at all times.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements and local information.
Help guests with booking taxis, shuttles, or private cars, and provide information about local attractions, directions, or recommendations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs or concerns, ensuring quick resolution or proper escalation to relevant departments.
- Ensure timely retrieval of guest vehicles upon departure.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles quickly and carefully when guests are checking out or departing the premises.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
Represent the hotel with a polished appearance and positive attitude, offering a high level of customer service to all guests.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams for seamless service.
Communicate effectively with reception and concierge teams to ensure smooth guest check-in, luggage delivery, and other service requests.
- Adhere to hotel safety, security, and grooming standards.
Follow all established procedures and protocols related to guest safety, personal hygiene, and professional dress code.
- Maintain accurate records of luggage tags and valet tickets.
Keep track of luggage and vehicle tags to avoid errors or losses, ensuring accountability and smooth guest service.
- Driving license is mandatory
