Who we are looking for…

You are an outgoing personality who loves to make our guests stay extra special? Your smile embraces our guests the second they enter the hotel. You offer them a hand with anything they might need, organize taxis to their destinations and help them with all those little things that might make their stay even more enjoyable. As part of the Front Office Team you go out your way to show our guests what wonderful hospitality really means.

What are your responsibilities are…

• The warm welcome and farewell are in your blood
• Whether storage, transport to the room or pick-up – you take care of the luggage of our guests
• You park the cars of our guests in our underground garage
• You take care of the cleanliness in our lobby and in the hotel driveway
• You are the focal point for the concerns of our guests
• For group reservations you take over the luggage distribution of the guests
• You distribute guest amenities in our rooms
• You take care of all amenities and services (cab call, wake-up call, offers in the area, etc.)
• You make sure that our front office is always well stocked and replenish the warehouse

What we want from you…

• You have already gained first experiences in a comparable, guest-oriented position
• You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills
• Preferably, you have a valid driving license class B
• Your warm and open nature ensures a great stay for our guests
• You are organized and never lose track of the luggage distribution
• Ideally, you are familiar with Munich’s cultural and leisure activities
• You inspire your guests with your proactive way an unforgettable stay!
