To build up a strong experience in F&B operations, you will join our multi-skilled team as B&F Intern. You’ll learn first-hand about hotel operations. Our hotel internship program allows you to experience the industry from the ground up
During your internship you will be in charge of :
– Ensure service standards
– Responsible for F&B service quality and customer satisfaction
– Ensure smooth collaboration between service and kitchen
– Help your team maintain the cleanliness of the various outlets and customer areas
– Help your team take and serve customer orders
– Collect orders and requisitions
– Welcoming and placing customers
– Ability to make appropriate recommendations based on customer preferences
– Ensure customer loyalty by offering friendly service
– Ensure smooth service and communication between kitchen and restaurant
– Ensure smooth flow of information between hotel departments
