What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and execute high-quality dishes for dinner service, ensuring consistency and presentation meet Botanist’s standards
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all menu items, ingredients, and techniques specific to your station
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team during a fast-paced dinner service
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining excellence in quality and taste
  • Follow all kitchen procedures, including food safety, sanitation, and organization standards
  • Assist with mise en place, station setup, and breakdown before and after service
  • Support in training and mentoring junior team members when required
