As a Server at Botanist, you are an ambassador for the exceptional service, cuisine, and sense of place that define our Food & Beverage experience. What you will be doing:

  • Deliver personalized, attentive, and knowledgeable service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Act as a passionate storyteller for Botanist’s menus, ingredients, and sustainability philosophy
  • Guide guests through food and beverage selections, offering thoughtful recommendations
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings
  • Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality
  • Work collaboratively with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold all service standards, health and safety guidelines, and liquor licensing regulations
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence aligned with Botanist’s luxury brand
  • Other duties assigned
