Es el responsable de recibir a los huéspedes; transportar su equipaje; proporcionar orientación sobre las instalaciones y servicios del hotel, y ofrecer recomendaciones locales. Se encarga también de entregar mensajes y paquetes, y realizar otros encargos dentro del hotel. Su principal objetivo es ofrecer una atención personalizada y excepcional, anticipándose a las necesidades de los huéspedes para garantizar una experiencia inolvidable.
