We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and are looking for a talented and dedicated  breakfast Chef de Partie to help us create unforgettable dishes for our guests. If you have a passion for cooking, creativity in the kitchen, and a strong eye for detail, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of your section in line with our high standards
• Train and support Commis Chefs and other kitchen team members
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and innovation
• Deliver consistently excellent food quality and presentation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel or restaurant
• Relevant culinary education or professional training
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations and commitment to following them
