*Responsable de gestionar y garantizar la disponibilidad de Habitaciones, Pisos limpios y ordenados, así como la organización y limpieza de las zonas públicas, de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad exigidos por la marca.
*Responsable de la gestión del área de Housekeeping, orientando al personal, priorizando y distribuyendo tareas y resolviendo problemas operacionales relevantes.
*Relacionarse con otros departamentos para resolver diversas cuestiones relacionadas con el área de trabajo.
*Realizar el seguimiento de los artículos perdidos o «Lost and Found» hasta su debida entrega al huésped o destino final, prestando atención a los plazos de almacenamiento.
*Velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos en el contrato de gestión.
*Asegurar la ejecución de los procesos y procedimientos del área.
*Coordinar el equipo bajo su responsabilidad, seleccionando, formando, evaluando el desempeño y estimular la motivación del personal.
*Fomentar la colaboración áreas para la continuidad operacional: Promover una cultura de cooperación entre áreas, anticipándose a necesidades operativas y liderando acciones que aseguren la estabilidad y eficiencia de los procesos organizacionales.
*Desempeñar otras funciones afines requeridas por el área/hotel.
