About the role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail in all carpentry projects. Responsibilities will include describing the selection of materials and project plans by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, quality, and processing methods. You will communicate project specifications and any special needs or requests to the production team, coordinate project timelines, anticipate project requirements, ensure satisfaction, and offer suggestions for improvements. You will be managing project documentation, being highly visible in the workshop, while delivering superior craftsmanship with dedication and providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our team.

What you will do

• Select and prepare materials and projects, offering detailed descriptions of each item, origin, quality, and processing methods.
• Coordinate processing times and ensure completed projects meet the original specifications.
• Transport and install finished products in designated areas of the hotel promptly to ensure work quality.
• Dismantle, clean, and set up workstations.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

What you bring

• At least three years of experience in carpentry in luxury companies and/or high-level carpentry workshops or carpentry groups, preferably with experience in the same position. International experience would be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team and bring your personal touch and energy to projects.
• Ability to transport and balance materials.
• Ability to accurately manage internal transactions and project-related documentation.
