Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for a Cashier/Deli Attendant to join MainStreet Market! Steps away from Disney Springs®, MainStreet Market is open daily, from 6:00 AM until 1:00 AM and proudly serve Starbucks coffee and a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks – from fresh fruit and pastries to salads, sandwiches and pizza.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience and be available to work a flexible schedule. This role supports the grab-and-go concept with responsibilities including cashiering, food preparation, barista service, and delivering orders to guest rooms. Experience in food handling, in-room dining, cashiering, or barista work is preferred. Hotel background, food handler certification, and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis are a plus but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or advance their hospitality career, with training provided for those willing to learn.
Shift Pattern: Full-time availability is required to support morning, mid-day, and evening shifts. Shifts may begin as early as 5:00 AM and end as late as 1:30–2:00 AM. Weekend and holiday availability is also required.
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour, plus tips.
