As a Receiving Clerk, you infuse our strategic sourcing endeavors with a heightened sense of ambition, a focus on delivering results, and a genuine passion for optimizing our procurement processes. Your dynamic approach and dedication significantly contribute to the success of our procurement team.
Responsible for receiving and issuing, storage and inventory control of stored supplies – food, beverage, paper supplies, guest amenities, chemicals, staff supplies, guest supplies, printing and stationery, VIP gifts, and operating equipment.
To ensure that all staff, management included, complies with the Purchasing Policy of this hotel to achieve our objectives in terms of quality, price, expected service deliveries, safety standards, environmental impact or commercial and/or technical requirements.
To ensure that all goods from suppliers are delivered under HACCP conditions, as per purchase order and that maximum security always applies.
To control costs and maximise hotel profitability.
To comply with internal control questionnaire policies and procedures (ICQ policies and procedures).
