Catering Sales Managerはホテルの宴会・イベント施設を活用し、会議・カンファレンス・企業イベント・インセンティブイベント・各種パーティーおよび宴会ビジネスの新規開拓と受注を担当するポジションです。国内外の市場において新たなビジネスチャンスを創出し、宴会収益の最大化を図るとともに、法人顧客、イベント会社、業界団体、イベントプランナーなどとの長期的な関係構築を担っていただきます。また、営業活動から契約締結、イベント運営、請求・回収に至るまでの営業プロセス全体を管理し、マンダリン オリエンタルならではのラグジュアリーなサービス基準に基づいた卓越した顧客体験を提供していただきます。
