Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick’s rich culinary legacy. The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 408 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club.
-Handle incoming calls professionally, following hotel telephone etiquette and directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
-Manage daily email correspondence, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally and ensuring proper follow-up.
Input and maintain group bookings and ensure all booking activities are updated accurately and promptly.
-Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records and filing in line with hotel procedures.
-Coordinate and arrange site inspections for prospective clients.
-Support the Sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts and other sales-related documentation.
-Respond to client enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up.
-Escalate incidents, irregularities and service concerns to the appropriate management team.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Strong email writing and correspondence skills.
•Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems.-Positive, professional and service-oriented personality.
•Able to work independently while supporting the wider Sales team.
