Craft Exceptional Cuts as Butchery Demi Chef de Partie at a Premier Resort Destination!
Are you a skilled butcher with a passion for precision cuts and a dedication to delivering the highest quality meat products for discerning diners? Do you have the expertise and enthusiasm to contribute to a culinary team that values excellence in every aspect of meat and seafood preparation? As our Butchery Demi Chef de Partie, you will:
• Assist in the butchery process, including meat and seafood selection, portioning, and preparation, under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Work collaboratively with the butcher team to ensure the quality and consistency of meat cuts for our culinary creations.
• Learn and develop essential butchery skills, meat and seafood handling techniques, and proper storage procedures to uphold the standards of excellence in meat preparation.
• Support the management of inventory levels, production schedules, and cost control measures to optimize butcher operations and contribute to exceptional dining experiences.
