We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CDP Butchery professional to join our meat processing team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will be responsible for butchering, processing, and preparing high-quality meat products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. You will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilizing specialized equipment and techniques to deliver consistent, quality results that meet our customers’ specifications and expectations.

• Butcher and process meat products using industry-standard tools and techniques with precision and efficiency
• Prepare meat cuts according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with local and international regulations
• Operate and maintain butchery equipment, ensuring all tools are clean, sharp, and properly sanitized
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, rotating products using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, and minimizing waste
• Organize and maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets health and safety requirements
• Perform quality control checks on all meat products before packaging and distribution
• Follow proper handling and storage procedures for all meat products, particularly in cold storage environments
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
