Are you a passionate engineering professional ready to lead the technical operations of a world-class beachfront resort?
Radisson Blu Resort Galle, a stunning 172-room beachfront resort on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, is looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join our leadership team.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as a Chief Engineer in a beach resort or luxury hospitality environment
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, utilities, and hotel engineering operations
✅ Expertise in Preventive and Planned Maintenance (PPM) programs
✅ Experience in asset management, energy conservation, and compliance with safety standards
✅ Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
