We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance Technician / AC Technician to join our team in Gandhinagar, India. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of our building’s physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.

• Perform routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing.
• Install, service, and repair air conditioning units (split, window, central AC, chillers).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Monitor AC performance, gas levels, compressors, and thermostats for efficient operation.
• Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, and physical infrastructure.
• Ensure proper cleaning and servicing of filters, coils, ducts, and ventilation systems.
• Follow safety procedures and standards, including OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, service logs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure minimal operational disruption.
• Participate in training programs to upgrade technical and HVAC skills.
• Suggest improvements to maintenance processes for better efficiency and cost control.
