We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency. The ideal candidate will bring passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Develop and update menus with a focus on creativity, seasonality, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets efficiently.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations.(HACCP)
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifiche

 

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
