The current Mercure Den Haag Centraal will reopen in mid-autumn 2025 as TRIBE Den Haag Centraal!
TRIBE Den Haag Centraal is looking for a driven and creative Head Chef to elevate the culinary experience and lead a passionate kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating amazing dishes inspired by the California Baja cuisine and igniting the passion for cooking in your team.

After the renovation, TRIBE Den Haag Centraal will be introduced as the second hotel in the Benelux. The hotel is located in the cultural heart of The Hague’s city centre, the city of Peace and Justice. The location is just minutes from the main train station and 15 minutes from the beach. The hotel has 159 design rooms, 9 meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar overlooking the Spuiplein.
As a Chef, you will lead a small team of 4 employees and guide the team to reach their full potential. The kitchen at TRIBE Den Haag Centraal is inspired by the Cali Baja cuisine, with modern, flavorful, and surprising dishes that align with our brand’s style. Having experience in this cuisine is an advantage.
