The Hoxton has now opened its first hotel in Ireland, right in the heart of Dublin. This coastal capital is rich in history, full of green spaces and defined by its culture, music and food. We are proud to call central Dublin home and to have welcomed a team who helped bring the Hox spirit to life in this new market.

The Hoxton Dublin now offers 129 bedrooms in a range of sizes, a lively lobby bar, a restored historic bar, a spacious ground floor restaurant and a lobby restaurant, along with a first for our brand, a dedicated nightclub.

• Bring bold Peruvian flavours to our guests by running a section in our lively Cantina Valentina kitchen, keeping pace with a busy service and a live ceviche station that needs sharp timing and real attention.
• Support and develop the kitchen team so they can grow, feel confident and bring their best selves to service.
• Keep everything moving as it should. Orders and deliveries in on time, prep in good shape, service smooth and our food hygiene standards exactly where they should be.
• Work closely with the Head Chef on ideas and techniques that keep the kitchen creative and evolving, always aiming for food that stands out.
• Pay close attention to the details so that every dish that leaves the kitchen is consistent, considered and as delicious as the one before.
