What You’ll Do

• Prepare and present food to a high standard across à la carte, daily, and seasonal menus
• Support day‑to‑day kitchen operations and assist with training junior team members
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and efficient use of ingredients
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless service
• Assist with stock control, menu preparation, events, and off‑site catering as required
• Deliver a positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork in a fast‑paced environment

What We’re Looking For

To succeed as a Chef de Partie with Hilton, you’ll bring strong technical skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. You will have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a high‑standard restaurant or 5‑star hotel environment
