Responsibilities:

  • Helping oversee kitchen operations in the Reels and 18 Knots kitchen
  • Expertly preparing flavourful meals for our guests with efficiency, skill, and impeccable hygiene standards
  • Cooking up success side by side with the Stewarding team and kitchen crew—our culinary dream team in action
  • Keeping every dish we serve flawless in flavour and Instagram-worthy in presentation.
  • Bringing positive energy and bright smiles to every shift

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, hotel background required
  • Have at least 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
  • Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
  • Clock-savvy and clutter-free—with weekend and evening shifts no problem!
