Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention, hôtel 4* situé au Cœur de l’Aéroport de Roissy, une vue imprenable sur les pistes, ses 345 chambres, son restaurant, son bar, ses 18 salles de réunion, sa piscine ainsi que son board meeting qui surplombent les pistes de l’aéroport, recherche un (e) Chef de Partie H/F en CDI
Rattaché (e) au Chef Executif, vous aurez pour principales missions:
• Préparer, dresser les plats relevant de sa partie, conformément aux fiches techniques
• Veiller à la présentation, à la qualité et à la bonne température des plats
• Effectuer l’envoi des plats dans le respect des délais souhaités par le client
• Adapter son organisation et son rythme de travail en fonction de l’affluence des évènements et des clients
• Organiser et contrôler le travail des commis de cuisine et des apprentis(es) pour sa partie
• Veiller à la propreté de son lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant au quotidien les règles d’hygiène HACCP
