– Confectionner les plats en adéquation avec les fiches techniques
– Assurer la gestion des stocks et passez les commandes fournisseurs
– Encadrer un commis de cuisine dans la partie
– Diplômé (e) d’une école hôtelière et/ou possédant une expérience significative de 2 à 4 ans sur un poste similaire, vous a permis de développer vos compétences en maîtrise de techniques culinaires, d’encadrement d’un commis de cuisine en saison estivale, en gestion de service à gros débit qui seront gages de votre réussite.
