Sur le poste:
Le/La Chef de partie supervise, gère et organise la préparation des mets pour les commandes du service selon les instructions du Chef de cuisine ou du sous-Chef tout en respectant à la fois les standards qualité et le maintien d’un environnement de travail propre et sain.
