Il ristorante, aperto solo per cena 5 giorni a settimana, proporrà un’esperienza culinaria esclusiva firmata dallo Chef Akira Back, stella Michelin e celebre per la sua cucina che fonde influenze giapponesi, coreane e internazionali con un approccio contemporaneo e creativo.
Il candidato ideale si occuperà principalmente della preparazione di piatti sushi, sia freddi che caldi, garantendo standard qualitativi elevati e contribuendo a portare in scena un’esperienza gastronomica di altissimo livello.
