Chef De Partie – Indian

Job Description

 

  • Prepare, cook, and present Indian dishes according to recipes.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of new menu items and specials.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in an Indian kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
