RESUME DU POSTE
La/le Chef de Rang assure le service de la clientèle avec qui il est en contact direct. Il assure la vente, la production et la distribution des produits au sein du service restauration. Elle/Il est responsable de l’état de propreté du matériel et des locaux.

Au sein du service Restauration, il pourra être amené à travailler dans les différents points de vente et salons en fonction des besoins et de l’activité.
L’ensemble de ces tâches est effectué dans le respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité en vigueur et des standards Marriott.
