About the Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, within the Ottolenghi Department, the Chef de Rang is responsible for his section and for managing his assistant. He must welcome customers, serve them and attend to them throughout the service. The Chef de Rang reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.
