Role overview
Lead Mayfair (all-day dining) and Bohemia – Grills & Bar, crafting menus that reflect global flavours with a strong focus on presentation, consistency, and guest delight.
Drive culinary innovation for destination weddings, banquets, and high-end leisure guests while maintaining food cost, hygiene, and quality standards.
What we are looking for
Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in luxury resorts or premium hotels.
Strong leadership in managing multi-cuisine operations, menu engineering, kitchen training, and FSSAI/HACCP compliance.
