-スチュワード業務のインチャージおよびスチュワーデス業者との取引管理
-設備、備品類の管理
-すべての飲食施設およびチームメンバーレストランの清潔さの監視
-衛生状態に影響を与える内部および地域の法的要件へのコンプライアンス規制に対する、スチュワード・チームの完全な知識と理解の徹底
-各料理や注文が正確かつタイミングよく届けられるよう、宴会部門との連携
