About the job

We are looking for an insightful and commercially minded Cluster Director of Finance who will provide leadership and strategic financial guidance across both Mandarin Oriental, Luxor and Mandarin Oriental, Aswan.

The Cluster Director of Finance will oversee all aspects of financial operations across the two resorts, ensuring robust financial controls, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting while supporting the successful development, pre-opening, and ongoing operations of both properties.

This role will partner closely with Hotel Management, Ownership, and MOHG Corporate teams to drive financial performance, safeguard assets, support strategic decision-making, and maintain compliance with MOHG policies and local statutory requirements.

As Cluster Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the following duties:
