As a Food & Drink Order Taker, you’re not just providing food and drink service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Handle F&D requests: Receive, record, and process guest food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with F&D operations: Communicate with the Kitchen, Restaurant, Room Service, and other departments to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records: Enter guest orders, special requests, charges, and service details accurately into the hotel operating system/POS.
• Support guest satisfaction: Respond to guest requests courteously, confirm order details, follow up on delivery times, and ensure requests are resolved according to Hilton service standards.
• Manage order updates: Monitor the status of pending orders and coordinate any changes, cancellations, or special requests with the relevant F&D team members.
• Ensure operational accuracy: Verify food and beverage charges, billing information, and order details to minimize errors.
• Ensure smooth operations: Follow up on pending orders and guest comments while supporting the F&D team in delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
