An exceptional career opportunity for a senior hospitality finance leader to join two ultra-luxury resort hotels in Sardinia in a cluster leadership role.
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Cluster Finance Controller to lead financial operations, controls, and business performance across two flagship luxury properties.

• Primary Responsibilities

Financial Control:

• • overseeing all sales, purchasing, salaries and expenses
  • Implementing and reviewing Financial policies
  • Audit compliance including actioning recommendations and liaising with internal stakeholders

Financial Reporting:

• • Production of monthly financial reporting GAAP
  • Overseeing budgeting & forecasting process and long term planning
  • Monthly and annual reporting

Financial Performance:

• • Responsible for monitoring budgets and for reporting major deviations of over-expenditure, under-budgeting or non-compliance to the approved budget
  • Business partner with two General Managers implementing controls, solutions, and action plans
  • Assist the General Managers in establishing local policies, rules, internal controls and safeguards that ensure profitability and control of operations
