The Island Chapter

Luura begins its journey in Paros with two distinct yet connected expressions.

Luura Paros Cliff, opening May 2026, features 39 thoughtfully designed rooms set above the sea.

One year later, Luura Paros Sand follows with 49 additional rooms and a collection of vibrant food and social spaces that capture another rhythm of the island.

Your Role in the Story

As our Cluster People & Culture Supervisor, you’ll be supporting in driving force behind shaping our teams and culture across two distinctive hotels. You’ll ensure that every aspect of the employee journey — from hiring and onboarding to engagement and wellbeing — reflects our values and contributes to both people and business success.

This role blends operational support with hands-on excellence—developing talent, leading hiring and HR operations, nurturing a culture that grows with us, and creating a workplace where every team member helps make LUURA unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment across the cluster, including individual hires and mass hiring (CV screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication).
• Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including mass onboarding events, inductions, training coordination, and property orientation, in line with cluster standards.
• Build, update, and maintain the HR training library, including training manuals, SOPs, and HR documentation, in collaboration with department heads.
• Support hands-on training during pre-opening and operational phases, tracking attendance and maintaining training records.
• Act as the point of contact for employees, providing daily People & Culture support in line with policies and business needs.
• Monitor attendance, check-in/check-out, and leave management, flagging discrepancies and supporting compliance.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including people’s documentation: contracts, payroll support, timesheets, and structured exit procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR archives (digital and physical), ensuring compliance in alignment with the People & Culture Director.
• Coordinate operational logistics such as accommodation, uniforms, staff meals, transportation, and other employee-related needs.
