Cluster Reservations Agent

Six Senses is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cluster Reservations Agent to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all reservations across our properties, delivering personalized service that reflects our brand values of wellness, sustainability, and emotional hospitality.

The Cluster Reservations Agent ensures all reservation activities align with Six Senses sustainability standards — including responsible purchasing, waste reduction, and the elimination of single-use plastics. Operational Ownership

The Cluster Reservations Agent is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all reservations. This includes handling individual and group bookings, processing reports, maintaining guest data, and ensuring that every reservation meets brand and service standards.

They also support the Cluster Reservations Manager in maximizing occupancy and revenue, manage overbooking situations, assist with rate strategies, and communicate professionally with travel partners, guests, and internal departments.
